Celebrity is calling Celebrity Edge, its most revolutionary cruise ship yet: using innovative thinking and cutting-edge design to create uniquely enjoyable experiences seems to be Celebrity’s MO throughout the ship, and food lovers will be relieved to learn that cuisine hasn’t been left behind in the Edge philosophy.
Celebrity want your time on board Edge to be a sensory journey and so they have enlisted Michelin-starred chef, Cornelius Gallagher, to create Edge Culinary. Gallagher has created recipes based on the destinations which Celebrity Edge will visit, using local ingredients to bring the world right to your table.
Guests on board Celebrity Edge certainly won’t be short of choice, with 29 distinctive restaurants, cafés, bars and lounges to enjoy on board. This vast selection includes four main dining restaurants, six specialty restaurants, a further five complimentary dining offerings and 11 unique bars.
